Godzilla vs Kong (2021) Movie Review By D.M. Anderson

Though its epic grandeur is somewhat diminished on television, Godzilla vs. Kong is still pretty damned entertaining and looks great on Blu-ray, allowing one to really appreciate the painstaking effort put into monsters’ expressions and the creative production design – especially the neon splendor of Hong Kong and its subsequent destruction. Like the best heavy metal music, this is the kind of film that’s meant to be played loud and the impressive Dolby Atmos track serves it well.

The Gift Review

The Gift (2015) Movie Retro Review by Darrin Gauthier

The Gift is not a CGI feast, it’s a small film, it’s also an adult film this is a thriller not about teenagers but about adults and also about the choices we make.  It’s easy to call this film a slow burn because to be honest the film takes it’s time revealing things the other thing about the film is that it’s not huge on action or jump scares the film is character driven.
