While Anil Kapoor delivers a commendable performance, the film’s focus remains primarily on Ranbir Kapoor’s journey, sidelining the potential development of other characters.

Structurally, “Animal” impresses with its seamless storytelling and high production values. From the evocative score to the visually striking cinematography, every aspect is meticulously crafted to enhance the viewing experience. The screenplay is well-crafted, supported by impactful dialogues that resonate with the film’s themes of revenge and redemption.

Despite its lengthy runtime exceeding 200 minutes, the film maintains a steady pace, thanks to proficient editing and direction. However, there is a missed opportunity in the second half, where the focus could have been shifted towards exploring Bobby Deol’s character further to elevate the overall entertainment value.
