In his upcoming movie Superman: Legacy, James Gunn has revealed that he will include the classic DC character Jimmy Olsen. As the writer and director tasked with relaunching Superman after Henry Cavill’s portrayal in Zack Snyder’s take on the character, Gunn has a great responsibility.
While not much is known about the plot of Superman: Legacy, it has been confirmed that the movie will not be an origin story for Clark Kent. Rather, the film will explore Superman’s life on Earth as he navigates his Kryptonian heritage and the teachings of his Earthly parents. The identities of Superman’s allies and foes have yet to be disclosed.
